Always friendly but could speed up there service a bit.
Poor management. In the evening. Only three customs. Dirty counters where the coffee and other drinks are made. The same person, takes your order, takes your money, gets your donuts, and gets yours drink while the other two employees are standing around. This is while the previous customer who was waiting for a late' at the pick up counter, has to wait for the one on the cash register to get a break so she can make his drink.
I actually use to work here at this dunkin. I had seen a person spit in another coworker drink and actually drink it. Didn't get nothing but suspension who should have been terminated from job. Poor customer service skills. I'm so blessed I found a better job that's a clean environment. I hope you customers find a better clean environment to eat at. Otherwise be very careful!
Food is good, service is slow
Been coming here since they opened. They run through staff like it's nobody's business. The only thing you can expect is the integrity of fast commercial edible breakfast products. This why a second star and not just one. Lack of etiquette and professionalism as typically displayed by this generation of teens that show no interest in an effort to show they really want to make money (other than an allowance from their parents) nor do they show any appeal to the idea of contributing to society or taking pride in some work. (Apologies for the run-on sentence structure)
