Yes, I am reviewing the correct place. And I've been there, there's even a picture of me on your Facebook page and have many friends that can vouch for the horrible business this place is. And no, I will not accept friend requests or private messages from a business where I was disrespected more than once.
Came in for hookah early around 7pm , Staff seemed friendly enough. hookah pipes seem to be in good order, no holes or anything, enough quality. My reason for 2 stars is that hookah is 20 dollars, and you get almost no tobacco. Not enough to justify that price point. It was not good shisha, didn't fill the bowel i had to pile it up to even get it to smoke. If you go I would not get it, and i will not be going back.
They genuinely do not care about their customers, or employees for that matter.

It's a great place. Real chill. The people make it feel familiar and welcoming. Five star rating is a stretch though. Let's just say as a new business they're still smoothing out the edges.
Awesome experience. First time here and everyone from bouncers to servers were polite and professional. Dope environment and good hookah. Would definitely come again!
