Got My Order Wrong, Asked for Crispy Chicken got Grilled chicken and asked for a large meal and didnt get thr fry
While waiting for my food I happen to notice the employees making the food in the back were not wearing gloves. When I confronted the manager about it all he did was simply ask the employees to put gloves on and that was the end of it. The food I seen him prepare still went to the customer at the drive through. Who knows how many people were served like this. Come on, this should be common sense. Last time I'll eat here.
On Saturday the 16th of September. I bought the sweet barbecue sandwich from the Leonardtown McDonalds. The sandwich was not prepared properly and was not anywhere the way the sandwich looked in the picture. It did not have any barbecue sauce or the fixings. It only had two pieces of dried up bacon. I would have normally brought it back but I got it to go and could not bring it back. I was very disappointed!!
Absolutely unreal. Had two employees walk right past me, as I'm the only customer standing in line. I smile and say hello and NEITHER of them bothered to say a word to me and never waited on me. I then listened to two male employees talking about their girlfriends saying not so nice things. Then when I finally get the nerve up to say (politely) hello is anyone working (I counted over 7 employees that I could see) I get a woman who would very obviously rather be anywhere but here who is very rude, take my order. Then as I'm waiting for my food the woman very loudly curses (my children were with me) telling the other employees she's only one person. Then I finally sit down to eat and my food is cold. Customer service at its finest.
Horrible customer service! Great place to visit if you like employees that are Slow to help you, and slow to make your already cold and incorrect order. Not to mention how rude the staff is, and the management was disrespectful to guests and employees when there was an issue. I've been to the dump, and I would rather eat off the ground there than any table in this disgusting restaurant. Did I mention how rude the staff was... Once their computer wouldn't make my meal a combo so the staff decided to charge me for each item, and that raised the price a lot. When I said I wasn't gonna pay more because your computer was broken, the staffs solution was to stand there and stare at me for a few minutes while their manager standing 5 feet away refused to come help them. Another time I was left stranded in the bathroom for 20+ minutes without toilet paper. I called the store twice to have someone bring me toilet paper, and they still left me stranded in the bathroom for almost half an hour. This place is the McDonald's from Hell!
