We were pleased with our service today from Brian G He was professional and took time to make sure everything was working great. Also noticed a water leak that if not detected could have caused us more problems. We appreciate the time he took to ensure our furnace will be ready for us when we need to switch to heat. We are very happy with our new Carrier Infinity system installed by T N Bowes. Their work and service is outstanding. We also like the Air Knight air purifier that they installed. It makes the house smell fresh.
We've had a service contract on a 2-zone Carrier HVAC system. I like their email reminders when it's time for spring or fall check up. The technicians they've sent each time have been courteous and seem very well trained. On the few occasions when the systems have needed more than routine checks the technician explained the work performed and reason for it. I highly recommend this company.
Today's service call was a one-year follow-up on the replacement of our air conditioning and heating system. The company's technician, Brian, showed up on time and completed the checks and cleaning in a professional manner. He replaced the main filter. He answered our questions knowledgeably. Over its first year, the new system has functioned well in both AC and heat modes. So far, so good.
