We use the rental and repair department a lot. They are in the back and are not very friendly but it gets the jobs done. Repair times are greatly exaggerated. I was once told 2-4 weeks for a mower repair because mechanic was going on vacation. He didn't seem to want to check the mower in and asked if I would come back in two weeks. I told him no rush, it was the neighbors mower anyways and he seemed annoyed that he still had to check it in. They called me 3 days later and said it was ready. In the end I'm usually happy since the repair and rental is honest. These guys in the back might just be overworked and under paid.

Dropped off my chain saw to be repaired because I figured they would already have parts in stock to fix it. Waited 4 days with no contact from the store. Contacted them and they stated they usually take 5 days to figure out what is wrong and contact customer. So I waited another 5 days and heard nothing. I called them at day 9 which is Today. The kid who answered the phone told me they were really backed up On repairs. The mechanic then got on the phone and stated my saw failed a compression test. He said his reading was 90. And the saw would need to be replace. Also mentioned they sel saws there. I went and picked up the saw and performed 2 compression tests at my house and each were 140psi which is perfect for the saw. I seriously doubt any troubleshooting was done on my saw at this place. I went ahead and ordered a new carburetor, fuel and air filter from amazon for it and will fix it myself. They may be a decent store to buy things but please do not take your equipment to be repaired there. 10 days wasted that I could have been making progress on my firewood.
