Checked in on a Friday night. Complained about no hot water and a sink that wouldn't drain all weekend, with no action taken by staff. Noticed very musty smell in room, thought it was due to her nfrequent use( I was the only guest I think) until I noticed the airconditioner vents were covered with mound. Looked at the filter, it hadn't been cleaned in months, if ever! They finally moved me to another room when I took pictures to the front desk and complained loudly! Would have been better staying at a motel6!

Had several issues during recent stay-drove down from NY for a anniversary party in the immediate area. Hair dryer did not work-when you turned it on, it sparked and smoked. I called front desk and was told not to use it-I was there for an affair so the answer didn't sit well w/me. After complaining, they changed our room but then locked us out of the old room so we couldn't move our belongings. The toilet didn't flush in the new room which I asked staff to address while we were out. Unfortunately, when we returned, it still wasn't working which required another phone call and visit from maintenance to finally fix. The final inconvenience was the TV remote not working. The room across from us happened to be opened (not sure why it was left open the whole time we were there) so I changed remotes. Left the batteries out so the staff knew to replace. The room was comfortable, but you could tell the upkeep was lacking-the shower curtain in our room had rust stains along the bottom. I know things happen, but the attitude towards the issues was disappointing-more along the lines of a much cheaper motel chain than a "hotel".

Mold in refrigerator. Towel rack broken. They did not clean our room, we had to ask for that as well as clean towels. Coffee provided in room, but decaf only. Had to ask desk for regular coffee and it was terrible. Insufficient number of AC outlets. Those that did exist were in inconvenient places. It was difficult for two people to get showered and dressed simultaneously. Not enough room for the provided luggage rack. On the positive side the location was convenient for us. It was easy to get to Solomons Island.

We had reserved the executive suite for a saturday night. When we arrived we could not check in until 3 and had a wedding to attend. We were told "Oh you are getting that room". Well evidently the weekend prior had a group to stay in the room and trashed the room. So instead of notifying me early in the week to give me options. They decided not to notify me and hope I would just take it as is. They did not do any work on the room that week to try to fix it. There were holes in the walls, counter top broke, no water in kitchen, the entrance door was so messed up that you had to lift it and put it in place to fully shut the door to lock it. When we asked for manager no on was available neither Sat. or Sun.. The bathroom was messed up and there were bugs in the bathroom that were noticed when I tried to use the tube that shot water to the ceiling because that was broke too. I reserved through a company on the internet and they cannot get in touch with a manager either. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

First thing was door was broke have to lift it for it to latch, second tub faucet is broke and doesn't get hot, third dirty wash cloth left in shower, fourth bathroom floor is dirty, fifth only decaf coffee in room no straw sugar or creamer had to go to front desk, sixth kitchen sink is broken and doesn't work. I played $175 for the executive suite for our honeymoon after my wedding and this place is horrible also there is drugs in the room I don't think they changed the sheets or towels because there all stained up and don't try to talk to a manager because apparently this hotel runs without one, and now they banned me didn't give any discounts because I had the police come to retrieve the drugs aparentally this hotel is for drug use, don't take your family there if you do check ur room thoroughly
