I was referred for physical therapy for patella-femoral pain in my left knee in October. One of the only places local to St. Mary's County that actually accepts Medicaid for their services. I have been going for about 6 weeks now and from my first appointment, I have felt like family. The administrative staff is very friendly and always open to any questions or concerns you have. They work their hardest to find you the best appointments for your schedule even though they are a very busy office. Alexander Sharr is my physical therapist and he has been very thorough and has great bedside manner. He has always made sure to really explain what is happening with my knee and why it hurts or what is the true source of my knee pain. I have worked with every physical therapist on their team at some point and all of the ladies are awesome. They really do take joy in helping people recover. I was very skeptical when I started physical therapy, but here we are, 6 weeks later, and my pain has decreased and my mobility has increased. They really have improved my quality of life in the short amount of time I have been a patient there! A million thanks to them!
