My first time at this fair and I really enjoyed it. The dog jumping pool, the tractor pull, MD Fish and Game Officials, taxidermist, new GMC Vehicles, food and beverage booths, dog friendly crowd, arts and crafts, and nice looking buildings plus a great new entrance building and great weather made it a special day. Parking attendants were horrible. The parking lot was half full and turning people away the while walking up saw them turn two more cars of white people away then a black lady pulled up they talked to her then looked around to see who was watching then let her in then a few minutes later turned another car away. Rides are way over priced and games are a rip-off. Definitely not the friendly county Fair I grew up going to.
We went to the Oyster Festival and enjoyed the day. Don't miss it next year!
I love watching the grandbabies enjoying yourself at the county fair and I love the funnel cakes in the kettle popcorn and going to see the horses
The fair grounds have improved a lot of the years and my family and I go to the fair every year. It's a lot of fun but far to expensive when you take a whole family.
