They over charged me in a rear differential job. Then they offered to do my brakes for 1,385$ The very next day I did my own brakes for 300$ and it only took 2 hours. That was the first time I replaced brakes and rotors so I would consider myself a amateur. So I'm trying to understand the spike in price? If it took me two hours how do they justify their labor cost. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody .... don't go here unless you want to spend an outrageous amount of money for regular service.....

Very nice place ian was the salesman and he was very pleasant n kind

I scheduled my 1995 Suburban K2500 to be serviced at Winegardner after encountering electrical faults to the tail lights, turn indicators, and reverse lights. I scheduled the appointment well in advance, Chevy spent 5 hours attempting to diagnose the problem. I agreed to allow them to fix the problem if total was less than $220 (Winegardner's diagnostic fee is $120) After five hours of labor they called to inform me they had not found the problem AND it would cost $950 to further diagnose my Suburban. I declined further repairs, disagreed unsuccessfully to the bill $220 vs the diagnostic fee $120, and departed to attempt to fix it myself. I checked a few Chevy forums, followed the grounding wires under the bumper and found it in 5 minutes. I applied a 4 inch wire splice, as seen in the picture, connecting the two black wires with a white one. Absolutely disappointed with my results at WInegardner, and very fortunate to not have given away the $950 they were charging me.

My experience at Winegardner was one of the best I’ve had in my many years of buying vehicles. From the introductions, the negotiation, to the final deal handshakes, everyone was courteous, respectful, and friendly. Cory, Connie and of course Grant were all very pleasant to work with and I certainly plan to return when it is time for another Chevy!

Cory Yates and Larry Wood went out of their way to find the Silverado that fit my needs. They also bent over backwards to come to terms with the deal. I've never met Cory before, but he was the perfect gentleman with a great sense of humor. I've been stopping by for years to chat with Larry to see if he could put me in a vehicle. Unfortunately, until this time, I never followed through. Together they got me the nicest truck I have ever owned. A smooth, painless experience.
