She and her staff were awful. She took time from my appt to answer her staffs interruptions. She began answering me with another patients information then embarrassed she became angry towards me when I tried to explain that was not my issue but maybe another patient that you ran out to discuss as she only gave me 7minutes of her time. I timed every minute she was called out.
Shes so typical of the angry rude Marylander and had just given me another story to add to my book as a military family stationed to live in hell, Maryland.
I've taken my kids to Dr. Daly for years. I've never had a problem with her.
Dr. Daly performed a tonsillectomy on my daughter last week. She was EXTREMELY thorough in explaining the procedure to both me and my daughter, and with the post-surgery instructions. The procedure was quick, and she came out and spoke to me a second time in the waiting room. Overall, she was very personal, comforting and knowledgeable. Fast forward to this week. My daughter experienced extreme pain from swelling and scabbing that resulted in me taking her to the emergency room... this was also advised by Dr. Daly's in advance, in the event of post-surgery complications. We had our follow-up visit this week, and the healing is going as expected. I called a couple of more times due to continued pain, and the office was very receptive, warm and answered my numerous questions. I am extremely pleased with her personable service and her professionalism, and would highly recommend her. I DID NOT experience any of the issues highlighted by other reviews.
I went to her because I had a deviated septum. So she told me I needed surgery and I could barely get any info out of her about the surgery. So once it was all done and I went back to her a week after the surgery she told me my nose looked great and that my septum was straight. But I told her that it still wasnt straight and that It was still hard to breathe through my nose. Once again she got mad and told me that I was wrong and after a month when I see her again the swelling would gone and I would be able to breathe. So after coming back to her next month I told her I still couldn't breathe through my nose and she blew me off and told me there's nothing she can do and gave me some kind of nose spray. So after 6 months I moved to Kansas and went to another ent doctor and he told me that my nose still badly deviated. He told me that she didn't do it properly. Now I can finally breathe through my nose. Do not go to her. She is rude and always mad as well as her staff. She needs to be sued for medical malpractice.
Instead of appologies I was met with anger.
Do not bring your child to this arrogant and incompetent Physician. She has poor bedside manner which we were willing to ignore in the hope that she was good at her job. We were so wrong. She performed adenoids surgery on our 4 year old child. A few months after the surgery, the child still sounded nasal. I took him in and suggested the doctor look at his nasal canal (I thought he had a deviated septum). Dr completely blew me off and said he had allergies without examining. We tried many different medications and treatments over the years until I once again convinced myself that he had nasal issues and took to another Dr. By simply having my son say a few words he knew something was wrong. He immediately looked with a scope and was shocked when we told him that he had already had adenoids surgery. It is unusual for them to grow back to such an extent also considering that the child was never able to breath properly, it's almost certain the surgery was not performed correctly in the first place. His nasal canal was almost entirely blocked. The child suffered for 3 years because of this arrogant incompetent woman. Thankfully he has received the care he should have in the first place.
I found a NEW doc who did help me and man was she was so off base with her recommendations.
